CuAl8 thermal spray wire is an aluminum bronze alloy wire containing approximately 8% aluminum, designed for thermal spraying to produce heavy-duty wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings.
Compared with CuAl7, CuAl8 provides higher hardness, improved load-bearing capacity, and superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for marine equipment, pump components, shafts, and industrial machinery.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense coatings with strong adhesion and long service life.
