Product Description
CuAl10Fe thermal spray wire is a high-aluminum bronze alloy containing approximately 10% aluminum and a small amount of iron. It is designed for thermal spraying to provide heavy-duty wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings.
Compared with CuAl7 and CuAl8, CuAl10Fe offers higher hardness, improved load-bearing capacity, and superior sliding and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for marine equipment, shafts, bearings, valves, and industrial machinery.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense coatings with strong adhesion and long service life.
