Product Brief
HAI-NiCr80 nickel chromium strip is a mature nickel-based resistance heating alloy formulated with 80% nickel and 20% chromium. Differentiated from FeCrAl alloy that gets brittle after long-term high-temperature service, this nichrome strip maintains stable physical properties without embrittlement. A dense chromium oxide protective film is formed automatically during operation to isolate oxygen and flue gas, making it the optimal heating material for continuous-running industrial high-temperature equipment.
